The Oregon Health Study is a landmark, state-wide study of people’s health and access to care. The purpose of the study is to find out about the health and health care experiences of people who were put on the Oregon Health Plan Standard reservation list. The results from the Oregon Health Study will be used to help leaders in Oregon and across the country improve access to health care in the future.
The Oregon Health Study is led by a unique partnership between public and private entities, researchers and policymakers, and local and national collaborators.

Fo Sho Poster Show.
The Pretty Picture Machine had the honor of having a few posters displayed at the 2nd Annual Fo Sho Poster Show. Fo Sho (FO-urth Year Poster SHO-w) is an exhibition of posters collected internationally and domestically by fourth year Visual Communication Design students at Arizona State University. The show was held at The College of Design Gallery in Tempe, Arizona.

Project: SGT. NICHOLAS TURCOTTE MEMORIAL T-SHIRT
Sgt. Turcotte died from injuries suffered in a vehicle accident in Nasiriya, Iraq, on December 4, 2006. He was a member of A Company, 2nd Battalion, 135th Infantry Regiment, based out of West St. Paul, Minnesota. He left behind a loving wife, family and many friends who loved him. He was truly a hero and an inspiration to everyone who knew him. The shirts were proudly worn by friends and family on 06.22.08 for the 2008 Minnesota Military Appreciation Fund (MMAF) Walk / Run, sponsored by thankmntroops.org.
